January 2021: Zamil Steel Construction Co., Ltd. has been assessed by RICI Company Ltd. and certified as meeting the requirements of ISO (International Organization for Standardization) 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification. Zamil Steel Construction has achieved this accolade under the scope of the “General Construction of Residential and Non-Residential Buildings.”
January 2021: The Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) business unit at Zamil Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Services Co., Ltd. (Zamil CoolCare) has been recertified by the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) for another two years in the Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) of Environmental Systems and in the Whole Building Technical Commissioning of New Construction.
December 2020: Saudi Aramco honored Zamil Air Conditioners and Zamil Steel at the 2020 Local Manufacturers Quality Awards Ceremony, organized by Saudi Aramco in December 2020. Zamil companies were honored for providing high-quality products despite the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Zamil Air Conditioners received the Quality Award in the Large Manufacturers category. At the same time, Zamil Steel was honored in the Most Improved Manufacturers category, its work having undergone a remarkable development in quality.
November 2020: Zamil Process Equipment Co. (ZPEC) has received a special certificate of appreciation from the Onshore Maintain Potential Project Department at Saudi Aramco. This was in recognition and appreciation of ZPEC’s partnership and its outstanding dedication in repairing three oil stabilizer columns for the client’s Abqaiq plants in a record time of four months, and manufacturing and delivering two new stabilizer columns for the Abqaiq and Khurais plants in an unprecedented seven months.
July 2020: Zamil Central Air Conditioners has been recognized by the Air-Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) certification program for achieving a 100 percent success rate in the performance testing of a variety of industry-leading, innovative HVAC solutions for three consecutive years.
June 2020: Zamil Construction India Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Zamil Industrial, has received Integrated Management System (IMS) certification for its facilities in Pune, Maharashtra, India. This certification unifies the three key standards – ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System; ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System; and OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health & Safety Management System – into one coherent system.
December 2019: Zamil Air Conditioners Co. was honored by the Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology (ESMA) for its commitment in applying the legislation, regulations, and standard specifications issued by the authority.

Zamil Structural Steel Company has successfully received certification from the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) for Certified Bridge Fabricator – Intermediate (Major) following a rigorous three-day on-site audit, which was conducted by the AISC’s inspectors.
Zamil Structural Steel Company was chosen as winner of the Tekla Middle East BIM Award for engineering excellence in the Steel category for its information modeling of the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture project, located in the eastern region of Saudi Arabia.

The Research and Development Center at Zamil Central Air Conditioners Company (ZCA) was evaluated and approved by the Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) for product certification testing at its 50 and 600 TR testing facilities. The laboratories were approved to test Water Chilling Packages using the vapor compression cycle (air-cooled) in accordance with current AHRI Standards 550/590 and 551/591 and the Certification Operations Manual.
Zamil Air Conditioners has earned the trusted AHRI Certified™ mark, an assurance of the product’s performance in accordance with AHRI standards. The Air-Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) granted the AHRI 550/590 certification to the company upon successfully passing the performance tests. The Institute has added Zamil Air Conditioners to the Water Chilling Packages using the Vapor Compression Cycle (Air-Cooled) Certification Program as an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).
October 2016: Zamil Industrial received a Digital Excellence award in the cloud applications (Software as a Service) category. The award was received by the chief information officer of Zamil Industrial, during an awards ceremony held at the Oracle Executive Digital Summit on October 17, 2016, as part of GITEX Technology Week 2016.
January 2016: The Independent Awards Selection Committee of the United Safety Council has chosen Zamil Industrial as the winner of the 2015 Bronze Award for Corporate Safety. Zamil Industrial was selected from hundreds of participating companies and government agencies from across the USA and around the world.
The Saudi Society for Quality in the Eastern Province honored Zamil Air Conditioners Co. in recognition of its successful efforts to support regional activities, which have contributed significantly to the achievement of the mission and objectives of the society. The recognition took place during a special ceremony, which was organized by the society on Monday, October 31, 2016, under the patronage of HRH Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province.
October 2014: HRH Prince Mansour bin Miteb bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs, honored Zamil Industrial for the company’s sponsorship of the National Campaign for Energy Consumption Rationalization. The honorary shield was presented to Abdulla M. Al Zamil, Chief Executive Officer of Zamil Industrial, during the Thermal Insulation in Buildings Forum and Exhibition, which was organized by the Saudi Energy Efficiency Center in collaboration with a number of government and national organizations and held on 21 and 22 October 2014 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center.

Zamil Steel Ras Al Khaimah received a certificate of appreciation from the Ras Al Khaimah Civil Defense Department in recognition of its contributions to the success of World Civil Defense Day 2014.
Abdulla M. Al Zamil, Chief Executive Officer of Zamil Industrial, was honored with the “Visionary of the Year” Award for 2013 at the inaugural CEO Middle East-KSA awards. November 2012: Abdulla M. Al Zamil, Chief Executive Officer of Zamil Industrial, received the prestigious “Businessman of the Year” award at the Arabian Business Achievement Awards 2012 ceremony that took place on Monday, 19 November 2012 at the Emirates Towers Hotel in Dubai, UAE. Abdulla was honored for outstanding achievements in recent years, especially his management philosophy, which has been credited with the transformation of Zamil Industrial into a leading regional and global industrial company.
Zamil Steel Ras Al Khaimah was awarded the Environmental Performance Certificate (EPC) by the UAE Ministry of Environment and Water, in recognition of its outstanding efforts to comply with environmental protection standards and regulations to assure environmental sustainability during 2012.
Zamil Steel Vietnam accepted the Corporate Social Responsibility Award 2012 (CSR Award 2012), from the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) in the category of Environment. The Awards ceremony was held on 30 March 2013 at the National Convention Center, Hanoi, Vietnam. Zamil Steel Vietnam won its first CSR Award in 2009.
The Presidency of Meteorology and Environment (PME) honored Zamil Air Conditioners for its work in phasing out substances that deplete the ozone layer at the International Ozone Day that was organized with the UN Environment Program in September 2012 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
