Bander Abdulrahman Al Zamil
Vice Chairman and Nomination and Remuneration Committee Member (Non-Executive)
On 8 May 2022, Bander Abdulrahman Al Zamil was named Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Zamil Industrial Investment Company (Zamil Industrial). He is also a member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
Bander has held several positions, including President of Zamil Group Real Estate Company, Vice President of Zamil Group Holding Company, and General Manager of Real Estate Investment and Development at Zamil Group Holding Company. He also serves on the boards of directors of several local and regional companies.
He has over 20 years of practical experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from King Saud University in Riyadh.
